From One Property to Five — and Growing.
Blue Stone Hospitality was founded with a straightforward idea: the serviced apartment market in South India didn't have to choose between quality and value. Travellers — whether corporate professionals on deployment or families relocating to a new city — deserved a place that felt like home, not a temporary arrangement.
We started in Miyapur, Hyderabad, with Blue Stone Ventura — a single property built around the needs of working professionals. Strong WiFi, clean housekeeping, a full kitchen, and a team that cared. The response was immediate. Guests returned. Companies took note. Word spread.
We didn't build Blue Stone Hospitality to be the biggest. We built it to be the one guests trust — and the one companies come back to.
Neptune followed, then Amor in Shameerpet, then Sea Breeze brought us to Visakhapatnam — a city we fell in love with. Blue Stone Luxe in Vijayawada completed our current network of five properties across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
All five properties operate under Shreenija Hospitality Services — a family-led business with a commitment to doing hospitality the right way: with attention, warmth, and consistency.
