Every apartment arrives move-in ready with beds, sofas, dining sets, wardrobes, and all furniture — nothing to source or arrange yourself.
Refrigerator, microwave, gas/induction hob, cookware, crockery, and utensils provided. Studios include compact kitchenettes; all others include full modular kitchens.
Split AC units in all rooms — living areas and bedrooms — with individual controls. Ceiling fans provided as backup and for ventilation.
LED TV with cable/DTH connection in the living area. Smart TVs or streaming-enabled sets provided in select properties and room types.
Power backup/UPS support available to ensure minimal disruption during outages — critical for work-from-home guests and corporate stays.
Professional housekeeping every day — rooms cleaned, beds made, bathrooms sanitised, and common areas maintained to hotel standards.
Same-day laundry and dry-cleaning service available on request. In-unit washing machines provided in 2BHK and 3BHK apartments at most properties.
Fresh linen, towels, and bathroom essentials provided and changed regularly as part of the standard housekeeping service.

Allocated covered parking included for all guests. Two-wheeler and four-wheeler bays available. Guest visitor parking also provided.
